Aqua Fitness for Adults & Seniors
Aqua classes should not be mistaken as “easy” water is very suitable for all fitness levels, young and old. Whether you are coming back from an injury or are looking for an environment that surrounds you literally with resistance. NO Swimming skills necessary for shallow class.

Bring to class
*Non-glass water bottle to prevent dehydration
*Leave all jewelry that may come off or be a safety hazard in the water at home
*Water shoes to protect your feet
*Swim suit & towel
*Your desire and enthusiasm to exercise and have FUN!
